If you choose a garment from the Apparel Catalog and the price is $20 or more, the embroidery is FREE for up
    to 10,000 stitches.  Each additional 1,000 stitches over 10,000 is charged $1.00 per 1,000 stitches.  Email your
    design and we will give you an estimate on the number of stitches in the design.

    There is no minimum on embroidery.
    Digitizing is $30 dollars on most chest and cap logos.
    Digitizing is FREE on orders over $250.
    All digitizing fees are a "one time" charge if no changes are made to the design.
    Jacket logo digitizing fees will be quoted upon reviewing the design but normally run about $50.
    We will embroidery on customer supplied garments.  Cost will usually be $2.00 per 1,000 stitches plus
         digitizing and subject to our approval of garment.
    Sew outs or scans will be sent to you for your approval before embroidering your order.
    Garments are poly bagged.
    Up to 15 different colors are possible without extra charge.
    Most true type fonts can be embroidered without additional charge.
    If you are using the same logo with the same colors, we can embroidery different garments.
   
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and Pay Pal.

    When looking for a stock design, remember that size matters.  Great Notions has sizes by each of their designs
    They can be enlarged or reduced by about 20%.  Most left-chest designs are about 3.5" to 4".   More than 12
    letters on a line is usually too many.  Designs for hats can be no more than 2.25" high and 5" wide.  There is
    no extra charge for the use of any Great Notions designs.
 

4.  Screen Printing

     Screen printing is usually done on "T" shirts, but we can do it on most any garment.  Choose a garment or hat
     from the apparel catalog.  Email your design, apparel number and quantity and we will give you a firm price.
    
     We have a 12 piece minimum of the same design.

     We can do up to 6 colors per design.

     Screen Print prices vary from $2.20 per color, per design location with one color to $4.00 per color per design
     location with 6 colors.  This would be on 12 pieces.  Prices drop drastically with increased quantity.  That is
     why you need to send us all the information you can for a quote.

Additional Charges
     Art Charges.  $25.00 per hour (1 hour minimum).
     No screen charges on 1200 piece orders and up, same design.

Estimated Delivery Time
     5-10 days after approval of the pre-production design.  Delivery time may vary depending on Quantity and
     Design.
